Cancellation and Refund Policy

Mick Knowles Coaching is a trading name of Xpert Driver Training Ltd. This policy explains how to cancel your membership and how refunds work.

How to cancel

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. To cancel, log in and cancel from your account area. There is no long tie in and no cancellation fee.

When your cancellation takes effect

When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep access to your sessions and the WhatsApp group until that date. After that, no further payment is taken and your access ends.

We do not take a further payment once you have cancelled.

Refunds

Membership is a monthly subscription paid in advance. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of a month once it has started, because your access continues until the end of that paid month.

If you miss or do not book a session in a month, that is not refundable, as the session was available to you.

Your right to cancel when you first join

Under UK consumer law, when you buy online you normally have a 14 day period in which you can change your mind. Because your membership gives you immediate access to the members area, bookings and the WhatsApp group, you agree when you join that the service starts straight away.

In-car training

In-car training is arranged and paid for separately from your membership. Cancellation and refund terms for in-car training are agreed with you directly before it begins and are not covered by this policy.
