Terms of Service

These terms apply to your membership of Mick Knowles Coaching. Mick Knowles Coaching is a trading name of Xpert Driver Training Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10661953, registered address 2 Forest Farm Business Park, Fulford, York, Y019 4RH.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Xpert Driver Training Ltd. "You" means the member.

By joining a membership you agree to these terms.

What you are joining

We offer two monthly memberships:

Qualify, for trainee instructors working towards the register. It includes a monthly one to one coaching session, a monthly group session, access to the private WhatsApp group, and access to discounted in-car training.

Growth, for qualified instructors. It includes a monthly one to one coaching session, a monthly group session, and access to the private WhatsApp group.

Both memberships cost £60 per month.

Payments

Membership is a rolling monthly subscription of £60, taken automatically each month by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Your first payment is taken when you join, and each following payment is taken on the same date each month until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we may pause your access until payment is made. If payment is not made, we may end your membership.

Booking your sessions

Sessions are booked through the members area using the booking links provided. Your one to one session and your group session are available once each month. If you do not book or attend a session in a given month, it does not roll over to the next month.

We will give as much notice as we reasonably can if a session has to be moved or rearranged.

In-car training (Qualify members only)

Discounted in-car training is arranged directly with Mick, not through the website. In-car training is paid separately from your membership: 50% is paid up front, and the remaining 50% is paid once you have qualified. Full terms for in-car training are agreed with you directly before it begins.

The WhatsApp group

The private WhatsApp group is for members only. We ask that you keep it respectful and use it for coaching and support. We may remove anyone from the group, or from the membership, for abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

What we do not promise

Coaching is support and guidance. We will give you our best help, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any test, qualify, or reach any particular level of income or number of pupils. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Ending your membership

You can cancel at any time. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for how, and when it takes effect.

We may end your membership if you break these terms, if a payment is not made, or if your behaviour affects other members. If we end your membership for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any period you have paid for but cannot use.

Changes to these terms or the service

We may update these terms, the price, or what each membership includes. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice, and any price change will only apply from your next payment date. If you are not happy with a change, you can cancel.
