This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. Mick Knowles Coaching is a trading name of Xpert Driver Training Ltd, company number 10661953, registered address 2 Forest Farm Business Park,

We are the data controller for the information we hold about you.

What we collect

When you join or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you give us during coaching. When you pay, your card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details ourselves.

If you use the members area, we collect basic information about your membership and the sessions you book.

Why we collect it

We use your information to provide your membership, take payment, book and run your sessions, contact you about your membership, and keep our records. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we need to run the membership, for example:

Stripe, to take your payments. Squarespace, which hosts the website and members area. Zoom, which runs the sessions and bookings.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We only share what is needed for them to do their part.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a member, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to ask us to delete it. To do any of these, contact us at [email].
