For trainee instructors working towards the register (PDI)
If you're working through Part 1, 2 and 3, this gets you to the finish line with someone in your corner the whole way.
Every month you get:
A one hour one to one session on whatever you need most, your choice
A group session, run once in the morning and once in the evening, so you can attend around your work whatever shifts you do
A private WhatsApp group with me and the other members for the questions that come up between sessions
Discounted in-car training. You pay 50% up front, and the remaining 50% only once you've qualified
£60 per month. No long tie in.
For qualified instructors (ADI)
Passing your Part 3 is the start, not the finish. Growth is for qualified ADIs who want a full diary, better pupils, and a business that actually pays.
Every month you get:
A group session, morning and evening options, covering the things nobody teaches you before you qualify: finding pupils, pricing your lessons, franchise or independent, the standards check, difficult learners, and how to avoid burning out
The private WhatsApp group for the day to day questions

Growth Tier
Not ready for membership?
You don't have to join to work with me. Book a one off online session for a specific bit of help, whenever you need it. £65 an hour, online.

The people I coach don't disappear the day they qualify. They move from Qualify to Growth and keep building. You get the same trainer, the same group, and support that changes as your needs change.

Yes. The group session runs twice, once in the morning and once later in the day. You pick whichever fits your work.
